If Rinse is not working or gives you an error message:

Email us and be sure to include your type of computer and a detailed explanation of what happened. Also, please include your Console Log. That will help us solve your problem faster. Here's how to generate a console log:

      1) Restart Rinse.
      2) Follow the same steps to recreate the error / problem.
      3) After the problem occurs, click the "Options" tab and then the "Show Console" button.
      4) Copy-paste the Log text and email it to us.
